not at all.
He is still in hiding and if that one really is him, he can't even get to a decent video camera.

They were still coming across Japanese soldiers hiding on islands in the Pacific up to the late 70's early 80's. They did not have any help.
There is a AP photo in my paper showing 3 Grandma looking Muslim women in Algiers at an anti terroism protest.
Once the mom's and grandmas's get involved against you it's only a matter of time before you go down in flames. I can hear the screams from the little rats getting slapped upside the head.
On the serious side you would have to have been pretty deaf to not have heard this was going to be a long haul project. Nothing ever happens to clean up trouble makers until every fuse burns out and the moderates say enough is enough. I'm not talking about here in the US either. They will get tired of being ruled by Dictators and Clergy that enrich themselves and keep them uneducated and poor with no hope. That is when the real change will happen. As seen in Iraq with Sunni's turning against Al-Qaida the tide is turning....slowly...but still turning. Our own history is a prime example of how much time is needed and we are still tweeking the process! It took until Sep of 1787 to complete the current US Constitution, 5 years after the end of the Revolution.
We are far to accustomed to fast food, high speed modems and 100's of TV channels to remember that no country was created without pain, with full support of the population, without death and injustice and without the help of other nations.

It's only a slap to people who actually trust the Bush Administration. Those people are the ones who feel like fools beacuse they believe the gov't when it said that it was going to hunt down Osama.

We don't know that he is alive. That video was obviously a fake to stir up new "terror" fears.
