If we're talking about the perfect hot dog, I vote for all three. Ketchup down one side, mustard down the other, and relish right on top. It's all about the sum total being better than the individual parts.

Of those three most prefer ketchup, but salsa is better than any of them. I personally prefer mustard of the three.

If I have to choose between those, I'd say Mustard.
Overall, the best condiment is Mayo, by far.
