Why were American troops allowed to put a Christmas tree up in the street? How insulting is that in a Muslim country?
And those Marine recruiters, have they no shame? What do they feel like when the kids they pick up off the street die?

Those kids dont have a free choice, they are impressionable kids in dead end jobs who are cornered and cant say no to two pushy marines. Its sick. If they really did volunteer, they would walk into a recruiting office themselves.

Yeah, I'm watching it too. I found the image of that dead baby boy in the skip full of dead people particularly awful. I cannot understand how that moron can still be President.

I am shocked.......
Totally shocked that anyone still watches this film, which has been absolutely proven to be worthless propaganda designed only to fulfil the fantasy of Michael Moore.
Its a sham!!
As for your comment about Xmas trees in a muslim country.....firstly Iraq was not a muslim country. It had a secular constitution which in case you dont know, seperates relgion from state.
Secondly Tariw Aziz, who was Saadams foreign minister was a Christian. Iraq has a large Christian population.
Thirdly in my country (the UK) people openly celebrate the relgious festivals, and show the symbols of Islam, Buddism, Hinduism, Sikhism and ....oh what was the other one??
Oh yes..we also do Christianity.
Farenheight 911 is not factual but a collection of clips out of context, out of time, and in some cases fabricated. Michael Moore films, and internet chat rooms are not good places to get an education on the way the world works. Get out there and see it.

You obviously have no clue... about anything. I don't see you complaining when muslims exercise their religious and cultural tenats here in the States, why not? Marine recruiters have a job to do, that's to sign volunteers to an all volunteer force. Before you go spouting off how these kids have no choice, you'd better get some facts in order. They volunteered to join, just like I did and the millions of others who volunteered to serve. Since when is Michael Moore a credible source anyaway?

I have not seen the movie and refuse to watch it for my own reasons. Does Mr Moore address the fact that there are thousand of documents whose contents cannot be revealed due to the nature of document classification? Does he acknowledge that the politicians and military strategists making the decision may know more about what is really going on than he does? Does he back up his information with a degree of any kind that is remotely associated to politics, military or international affairs? Has he donated any profits from his "documentary" to any organization related to the war? or even to the campaign of a politician he believes in or has every penny lined his pocket? Michael Moore, in my opinion, is just like every other movie maker out there. He is not in search of the truth he is in search of a pay check.

That movie told the American people what they did not want to hear or believe from a sitting president. It was bad then and it is even worse now. As for the Marine recruiters - they need to be disciplined about lying to kids to get them to sign on the dotted line. Is any American sick of the lies this administration is telling? If so, what are they willing to do to put an end to it all?

I'm reading the post of someone that believes the bs on Farenheit 9/11 despite the fact that the fat slob that made it admitted he doctored the contents and made up stuff slightly related to the facts in order to disparage a president and military he didn't like. He even admitted it was not a documentary but a mockumentary.... mocking the truth that is.

Americans putting up a Christmas tree in a Muslim country is nothing compared to the murder of innocent civilians that the terrorists do in ours. I dislike recruiters in general, but these "kids" they recruit are volunteers, its their choice. If they dont know what the risks of war are, they must have been living under a rock since birth.
