I'm a RN at TGH in Washington, I work mainly in the cardiac field. When you say your hand and finger is numb- is it more of that feeling you get when a limb falls asleep? It could be something as simple as not enough circulation is getting to those part(s) of your body depending on how you slept. Drink lots of fluids (I suggest water) and take an anti-inflammatory, ibuprofen or advil. If things don't clear up in 24 hours then call your doctor.

Well, I have no clue. Instead of asking us, don't you think you should see a doctor instead? Those are really wierd symptoms, especially the part about waking up old. Jeez! Do see a doctor ASAP. Hope you feel better soon.
