Ha! Because you don't wash it good. Try a odor bacterial wash like Dial or Zest. That should do the trick. Also, lather up more than once because sometimes you might miss a spot. LOL...
I don't have that problem because I make sure I use a wash cloth and not just the soap bar to wash my booty.
Don't just wash your a** hole wash your whole a**. LOL....

Odor-causing bacteria love moist, dark places. To avoid having too much of a body odor, wash and dry carefully. The area must be kept clean and dry as much as possible.

Wash properly. Use soap and get it in there a little bit, and don't forget to rinse it off! There should not be an odor if you do it correctly.

Well one can actually use (unscented) baby wipes for cleaning that area. I have intestinal problems and use the wipes with each bowel movement (bm) otherwise referred to as #2 ;) Just get the excess off with regular toilet paper and then use (only one at a time due to potential for toilet clogging) a wipe if you want.

You're not washing well I think. Do you use soap and a wash cloth inside the crack from top to bottom and a rim job with a bun scrub too?
