A thought came to mind where a King wanted a prophet to curse (either Abraham or moses) and wanted him to curse him...but could only bless him...because he was anointed? Thanks for the help

and then once he couldn't curse him, thought to introduce women with pagan gods to infect them

You appear to be thinking of Balak the King of Moab who asked Balaam the prophet to curse the Israelites,. However, Balaam's donkey got in the way and told him off - this eventually led to a blessing on the Israelites - Numbers, chapters 22&23.
