He's always saying he's overweight at 168lbs, but he looks normal to me, maybe a bit on the skinny side? So is 168lbs skinny for a 6ft 2" guy?

and should i be worries about him?

Yes, he has a self-image problem. A good rule of thumb for ideal weight that we learned in nursing school is 100 lbs plus 5 lbs for every inch over 5'. Your bf is 14" over 5' making his ideal weight 170.

Yes, you should be worried about him. Tell him if he thinks he's fat, he's not over weight, he's under-muscled. Tell him to start working out and replacing some of that fat with muscle. He'll be a lot happier. Tell him you'll go to the gym with him and work out too.

6'2 and 168 lbs is very skinny for an adult male. at that height and weight he should be in single digit body fat easily if he was following a healthy balanced diet and high intensity exercise program. he is 2" taller than me but I am 80 lbs heavier than him and I have single digit body fat.

the body composition or the amount of body fat is far more important than how much a person weighs in comparison to their height.

I'm 6ft 2" and weigh about 220. The only thing fat about him is his head. 168pds. for 6 foot 2 is underweight.

my husband is 6'2" and weighs in on a heavy day @ 130! and there is nothing wrong with him, totally lean, he would love to gain but he just has a fast metablolism I wouldn't be concerned unless he isn't eating or is binging and then throwing up, some guys are trying to get little areas free from fat just to be leaner, I wouldn't be concerned

Yes, he has a disorder but I don't think it's "eating".
