ok its very very weird i will br sitting or laying down and in my thigh and sometimes my temples (spots around the sideburn area) and they start pulsing i dont now sometimes i think its like my body adding fat on hahaha oh taking fat off

Yeah it's normal it's just that all of a sudden the blood starts pumping more rapidly for some reason and you feel it in some areas where the veins are closer to the outside of your body and near the spots more sensitive to your body like the temple area, near the eye, and around the jugular neck vein.

It's just getting extra oxygen to your body.

I only get that when I have been doing a lot of intense exercise. If this isn't the case with you, I would get you blood pressure, heart rate etc checked out to be on the safe side.

Could you be feeling your own pulse, perhaps? If it is not that, I think you might be having some muscle spasms. If it is your pulse, and it is that noticable, I'd check my blood pressure just to make sure it is not high.

Our body "pulses" all the time it's just were to busy to notice. It's your heart pushing blood through your arteries. It's normal and it means your alive!! :)

This is just a muscle twitch. Don't know what causes it. I get them too. I'm guessing it has to do with blood pressure.
