Can anyone let me have the recipe for Mark Hix's dish that got him into this book? It's rabbit and something. I've ordered his book on British Food but don't think that this particular recipe is in it. He seems such a simple, laid back chef and maybe because autumn and winter are coming I'm looking for books of comfort food.

Easy. Boil everything and serve steaming then ad gravy sauce! That is basically all you need to know to cook British food !

The only recipe I can find containing rabbit from Mark Hix, is Rabbit and Crayfish Stargazy Pie. Would this be the one?. If so you can get the recipe at:

BBC-Food-Recipes-Rabbit and Crayfish Stargazy Pie.

If thats not the one there are 11 more recipes for rabbit but not from Mark. Just below his recipe.
