i stopped dying my hair a few months ago and its very dry. i need a good hair mask. There are so many in pharmacies , but i don't know which one is good

I would reccomend either Kolestral, I don't remember who makes it, but you have to get it at the beauty supply, or just, I know this sounds funny, but mayonnaise on your head under a plastic bag for half an hour is wonderful. Not miracle whip. I prefer Hellmans or Best Foods which ever part of the country your in. Just wash it out with your regular shampoo and conditioner afterwards.

Joico K-Pak conditioner = the best.
It can be used daily or as a deep conditioning mask. Joico is carried at hair salons & beauty supply shops.
Pantene's Pro-V Restoratives Time Renewal Replenishing Mask is a good mass market product.
