They co-exist in peace right now in every country in the world.
I live in Saudi. I am Muslim. I have Christian colleagues. I have had Christian students. The same thing was true in the US! We all do our work and we enjoy each others' company.
In my neighborhood in America, an upscale college suburb, adherents of five religions (that I know of) not only co-exist, but participate actively in a community organization.
One of my dearest friends, a Syrian lady, loves to talk about her apartment building in Damascus, where the Muslim and Christian residents complement each other. When one group is fasting or has special ceremonies, the other group takes care of the kids and the sick. When there's a water shortage, each family uses water in a way that ensures there's enough for the others. (Muslims generally use more water because we wash so often.) When holidays come, they all share their special treats.
The Holy Qur'an teaches us that Christians and Muslims are the closest adherents to each other because among the Christians are people who are not wholly devoted to worldly affairs, and because they are not arrogant.
(Holy Qur'an, Surah 5 (Am-Maidah) verses 82-85.)

When will atheism and Christianity respect their beliefs on R&S? Face it, if that alone is impossible, with a few dozen people, try to get two controversial religions from all over the world in peace >.<

Peace be unto you!
Muslim, Christians and Jews are co-existing today. I and my christian friends co-exist happily and we are helping each other.
The important thing is you have to respect each other about your religion and your rights.
Truly Islam is a religion of peace.

When they stop being involved in politics, and become ONLY religions. Then they should be able to let the moderate members of their respective religions get along, and keep the radicals under tighter control.
And yes, I mean fundamentalist Christians every bit as much as fundamentalist Muslims. The differences between "Obsession," a movie about brainwashing kids to be soldiers for Islam, and "Jesus Camp," about brainwashing kids to be soldiers for Christ, are more cosmetic than substantive.

When ignorance is extinguished and understanding prevails. We have the capacity-the ordinary Jew, Christian or Muslim live in peace and coexist even in places that are hot spots. its when politics enters the mix is when it becomes a problem. Extremist and fanatics from all sides just don''t get it.

No chance.
Its a two way street, and as you can see in Kashmir or Jerusalem or anywhere you see Muslims living alongside non-muslims...Islamic communities just wont tolerate the norms of any other culture.
Keep in mind, these are people who not only demand strict observance of their taboo's within their own community, but also impose the same demands on non-muslim communities, as the cartoon controversey showed very plainly.

i think of that there are somewhat some extremist Muslims available and that in the event that they proceed to enhance, then no Muslims and Christians does no longer have the potential to stay jointly peacefully. whether there are categories of muslims like the non secular ones the Sufi ones and that they do no longer behave like that. So is it purely the Sunni and Shia Muslims who improve into extremists? if it fairly is so why?

They probably never will..
You must remember the evil ones ran Judaism as all the religious leaders do us today..
Jesus' true ministry was to call all God's true children by the laws of the new testament. in all the religions or no religions in the world.
To worship God you worship truth, for God is truth.
To deeply respect the truth for good in ourselves and others in our everyday life.
To serve God: you look for the good of others and things, and be right to others in our dealings.
To minister to God, we evangelize the gospel of the kingdom.
To confess Jesus, is not just His name but His Spirit, and that is to stand against evil done to others and things.
even in Jesus' true ministry, as long as there are the evil ones, there will always be trouble.
Until the day Jesus comes to rule..
