No, Adam was the first (Luke 3:38) both were created by God the proccess it doesn´t matter, but both were perfects.

I don't think it was semen at all. That would point to a male human. Jesus was perfect, so did not inherit the chromosome responsible for death (which we get from our fathers incidentally).
