God spoke to me in an ultimate authoritative and powerful voice in the English language with no accent.(if I had being French he would have spoken in that language) He also wrote words at lightning speed across my heart. My brain had no part in it, he took it over completely. I wasn't supposed to read what he was writing but I glimpsed something about "babylon"

You really can not explain it. I cant anyway, but Yes God has spoken so clearly I have turned to see who was there. No it is not loud, there is no booming voice, no accent. Just a soft, solid, strong voice. Clear, straight to the point, and no, conversation did not happen. As I prayed time and time again, for a answer on two different occasions he told me just what I needed to know.

I will confess that it was an experience of hearing God speaking to me that turned me fully toward Christianity, whilst I was in university.
I was sitting reading a Bible I had brought with me when I moved into my dorm, The Bible itself was warm despite having been on my shelf. I was reading the passage reading' I am the Alpha and the Omega....' when I heard Him speak to me, saying 'Come to me'. I dismissed it for a while, and again this voice said 'I command you to follow me, in the path of light'. It was at that moment I truly understood what I had to do and I prayed to Him in answer.
As for what the voice sounded like, God can be anything He desires, and so this voice sounded like all the voices of the world brought together in one place. It was the most beautiful thing I'd ever heard.....!
You can't dismiss all 'voices of God' as delusions!

People who say god spoke to them...are probably suffering from schizophrenia. Schizophrenics often suffer from a variety of delusions, one of them being the attribution of their own thoughts to an outside source (like god for example...) So to answer your question...the same language/accent of the person 'being spoken to'

He speakd to me inwardly....but uses English with a Yorkshire accent. (If you came from N. Germany He would speak in German witha Hamburg accent!) He is a gracious God.

I know of this, he spoke to me last Saturday night on the way home from the pub,God spoke English of course, being an Englishman !

When a person's spirit is regenerated (born again) and he/she is connected to God (who is Spirit) - then communicated is possible.
He says, "Draw near to me and I will draw near to you."
The Holy Spirit dwells witnin you............and the voice you "hear" comes from within. It's a sure strong inner voice. I've heard from God this way many times............whatever God says will always, always line up with God's Word in the Bible. In fact, He often speaks scripturally.
It's only logical that God would communicate with us -- but you have to have your sin problem dealt with first............then you can belong to God. He's holy.

God speaks to you through your mind, It is hard to explain unless you have heard it, its not a voice you hear with your ears but rather with your heart, he speaks to you in a way that you can understand, and when he does you just know. I know you are being sarcastic but i am not. God has a voice a still small voice
