You are wrong. You dont need milk and it's bad to drink lots of it. If you want the calcium, add dark veggies like broccoli. the vitamin D in milk is added. You can get your vitamin D from the sun. Google calcium rich foods.

I haven't really drank milk in some time either, and I've been taking a daily multivitamin once a day. I like centrum multivitamin .it has 70% daily value for vit. A, 100% for vit. D, but only 16% for calcium....but it does have alot more vitamins, minerals, etc in it that are good for you.
I get clacium from cheese and other dairy products to make up for it though.

Well you should take calcium and vitamin D.

You might try soy milk. It doesn't taste like cow's milk and it is fortified with milk vitamins.

Also, "dranken" is not and has never been a word. The past tense of drink is "drunk."

I have the exact problem as you!! What I do is buy calcium vitamins at the store & now my bones are very healthy and strong. You could also try mixing different flavored powders into your milk.

Vitamins A and D as well as a calcium supplement would be best.

Viactiv has chewy supplements in great flavors: chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, orange creme.

Also you can eat cheese and yogurt to get a serving of dairy. And green leafy veggies and broccoli also have calcium.
