where do you place a girl/woman helping/supporting???

well, i have a simple question, where do you place a girl/woman helping/supporting a girl for a Sex/reationship. and personally i have no idea how this things are seen in female world.lets go ahead for example i want sex/relation with a girl and at the same time plan to take help of same age female(frnd/relative/third person), will she is going to help or this is like commiting sucide.i need help....
