8 oz glass of kool aid 30 calories
and 40 ounces of water

it is 1:23 pm the weird thing is is that i dont feel hungry i actually feel full should i eat somthing or just waite till dinner that ill cook at about 5:00 pm

Its ok just drink some water and eat something light then wait for dinner.

Not so keen on your food choices to be honest, and think you should definitely have a decent lunch, and a snack around 4 or 4:30 prior to dinner. You may not feel hungery now, but your body needs more sustanance to sustain itself and will store whatever crap you dump in it as fat which eventually will make you have a paunch or distended stomach while the rest of your body stays relatively thin. Cellulite can also form depending upon what you put into your body. Chips, not such a good idea.

You need to eat healthy. Forget about the calories!! You ate 14 chips that were 120 calories but those are all empty calories. Eat small meals, several times a day and remember to incorporate proteins, whole grains, fruits and vegetables and lots of water.

To me its not healthy eating that little and feeling full but hey its not me. just make sure you have healthy snacks no matter what it is until dinner. like an apple or something if you start getting a little hungry again. its good that you drink that much water but you shouldn't be 'filling' yourself up with water. I'm not your mother or anything so don't get mad at me or anything but if that was your lunch you should be eating real food those are just snacks. Sure you may feel full but you aren't going to be getting nutrients your body needs. I'm just saying if that's your lunch you should get like a sandwhich with whole wheat bread and turkey tomato baby spinach or what ever you want as long as its healthy. but back to the point, yea make sure you eat little snacks until dinner.

that's enough nutrition to count as one meal. yogurt and chips is basically all carbohydrates, where is the protein, fruits/vegetables and healthy fats in your diet?

you are going to have some serious health problems if you continue to eat in this fashion.
