My cast iron skillet, & food processor& Mixer,& who am I kidding? I love anything that makes my job easier lol

My favorite kitchen gadget is probably my Santoku knives. I learned how to use them, and love cutting up vegetables. I can use them almost as good as a real chef.

I ordered this from Pampered Chef- but now other people have them too. Can opener that undoes the seal- no sharp edges and you can put the top back on and place in the frig if you want to. I hate the old openers that pierce the can- chance of germs and you have to deal with a top w/sharp edges.

Really it is the cookie cutters. I have 24 shapes and send
the bananas to all my best friends. Get on with a rolling pin,
an artist pizza oven, and a large mixer for lots of fun.

Aside from the everyday stuff like knives and can openers, I love my zester. It saves me so much time and hand cramps when zesting lemons and oranges, and since it's become so much easier, I like to use them in more things. I have no idea what took me so long to get one.
Second is my ice cream maker. Although making ice cream is a long involved trial-and-error learning process, and there have been moments when I was ready to chuck it out the window, I've come a long way and now I really enjoy it.
