Depends on what I'm stressing over. But usually listen to really loud music, walk a track, read a book, something to take my mind off of whatever is stressing me out.

Since my treadmill broke (exercise = endorphins = better mood) I have a beautiful knot in my left shoulder that won't go away. I'm thinking prescription muscle relaxants would be helpful...I know, I could get off my but and walk down the street - but, nah! The knot is growing on me - literally.

Turn Marilyn Manson up as loud as it will go and sing my heart out. After that I'm too exhausted to be stressed. Works every time ;)

cry, think my organs are going to explode(i am a hypochondiac which seems to show its face more during stress lol), talk the ear off my boyfriend, pace the floors, draw, talk with friends, watch funny movies, hide (my anxiety gets really high causing me to retreat most of the time), get mad...... but I never give up... stress sucks but in the end we will all make it through....

I deal with stress in several ways, the best way is to find somewhere quiet to sit outdoors, (stream, woods . . .) and just listen to the sounds of nature. Another good one is yoga and meditation or even Tai Chi.

I get on the computer and play card or board games so that I don't think about whatever it is that is stressing me..sometimes I ventilate to friends.

I either play my violin, sleep, play with my birds, or take a hot shower.

Talking to people actually aggravates me and makes me worse, surprisingly.
