I keep hearing that women want a man to take control... as far as asking them out, being aggressive whether its approaching a woman or in the bedroom.

I heard that females love it when a man grabs their hands and holds them above their head (when having sex) which gives a feeling of being dominated.

Some women enjoy a little sexual domination, in a playful way. However, most don't want to be dominated outside the bedroom.

The first is a fantasy, the second is a nightmare.

Of course, you must take your cues from the woman. Ask her before you take it too far, or you could find yourself facing charges.

Also, NEVER dominate sexually on the first experience with a woman, unless she tells you that's the way she likes it. Get to know her first and earn her trust. Until there is trust, domination can be very unwelcome.

Well I would like a man to ask me out at first.

As far as in the bedroom, it can go either way. Men should at least hint that they want some. They shouldnt just go for it. What if she isnt in the mood, but when it happens, Its a good feeling to have our hands over our heads. but thats the only time I like to feel dominated-in bed.

Women like a man to take control in the bedroom and THINK he is on control all the time but the truth is the woman is always in control...men never recognize this trait in women because women are so adroit at keeping it a secret.

It mostly depends on the woman. I would say the majority of women want the man to make the first move, but after that, it tends to be mutual as far as domination goes.

Maybe a lot of women do like a guy to take charge, but most of those same women still want to feel their desires and opinions matter.

I like to share the control...in the bedroom and elsewhere. I would guess it would be tiring for someone to always be the one running the show and making the decisions, and I know I wouldn't like never being the one to do that.

A relationship for me is a team, it's about sharing...it's not about finding someone to run my life.

I would agree some do, some don't.

I think the best relationship is when those roles keep on switching with role play on both sides.

And it is great that some men try to find out what a woman wants instead of taking what they want.

I disagreed. Love making supposed to be passionate. Pulling my long hair hell no that's waking up the next day with a head ache. The fantasy world of aggressiveness is totally bull is just teaching men how to rape woman. Don't listen to people, the best advise is to ask your woman what's her fantasies and her pleasures.

"I heard that females love it when a man grabs their hands and holds them above their head (when having sex) which gives a feeling of being dominated."

I'm guilty. I LOVE when my boyfriend ties my hands up so I can't move them. :) Though my best friend is the TOTAL opposite - she wants to tie her boyfriend up.

It's best to just ask which they prefer in the bedroom.

if you're not up to that point, then just feel her out, y'know - see what she says when you ask her out, or kiss her. Or see if she's the type who kisses you..

Men don't get control in most every other aspect of the relationship, but little things like the hands up over her head makes her feel like he's "out of control" with desire for her. Everyone likes to be pursued, it makes us feel attractive and powerful.
