I recently heard you can make a man climax over and over by inserting a finger (gently) into the anus and putting pressure on a certain point..does anyone know if this is true?

It is, the prostate acts as a male G-spot so to speak, and can have orgasms without ejaculating. It take some work on his part though, he has to learn the difference between orgasm and ejaculating. It's mostly just training muscles down there that never get used. But keep at it, browse aroud google and see what else you can learn, and if he wants to master that it will make for loads and loads of fun in the bedroom.
Good luck and happy.........whatever.

I haven't heard of this at all...I have heard back in sex ed that women can climax multiple times where as the man can only climax once, but the male's climax is much more intense than the females.

You would last the same amount of time as you would after 4 days with out sex. Only because that's when you have the highest sperm count. Also, you wouldn't need to "spank the monkey" before you go out. If you finish quickly in bed after however long, I always find you can go for round 2. Far more impressive then 1 long one.

it might turn them on and give them a particularly strong or fast climax, but i believe it is physically impossible for a man to climax 'over and over again'; they might be able to get wound up again fast, but even fast is going to be a few minutes.

some men are multi-orgasmic.
some arent.

i would leave it at that.

i heard that doing things like what you are saying can cause damage to the prostate over time.
so i wouldnt suggest it.

Well...that works for some men apparently...but he has to learn to hold off ejaculation as well....look up tantric sex.
