I am a Christian, and I don't believe in pshychics. But I do notice that SOME of them (not all, not most) but some of them do seem to be right with their predictions? They help the FBI with missing people, and they find them. Can I get a Christian perspective of why that is?

No, they cannot predict the future. Only God is omniscient. Satan and his demons are not.

Demons (familiar spirits) are real things. Witches and people claiming psychic powers have communion with them - demons can observe things and report back - that's how some "psychics" find missing people and tell people about relationships that they are having.

Demons observe what we do, what we say, how we react to things. With this information, they report back to Satan and to palm readers, psychics and witches. Satan then knows what to tempt us with - NOT because he can read minds, because he cannot - simply because he got his hands on some inside, OBSERVABLE information.

The sad part is that in the end, the person thinking that they have control of the demons ends up chained by them.

Some psychics are total con artists, and some are accessing demons. Demons may sometimes give helpful information, even though they hate all of humanity, with the goal of getting people interested and involved in the occult and turned away from God.

BTW, as an interesting aside, there is a fictional t.v. show called "Psych" about a guy who claims to be a psychic in order to get work helping the police, but he's a total fraud. It's a humorous spin, although I didn't find it engaging enough to keep watching it.

The FBI does not use psychics to find missing persons. You've been watching too much TV
