I don't think that you meant this to be a serious question, but here is a serious answer. Some adults are hypersensitive to medications and have to take children's meds. Therefore they are trying to warn these adults to be cautious when using this medication. Believe it or not children's Tylenol can be sedating for some adults even when they take a child's dose.
