I personally thought W's re-election was a sign of the end times, but he only has 497 days left to prove me wrong. So that could be one for your list.

The observations of the Hubble Telescope are not a sign of the end times. They are very pretty, though.

Our Weather, the fact that it is a bit wild right now is either Man made, or a natural sequence.
If anyone who reads Revelations with an open mind does not see that it is so vague that one could interpret it to be any time period. Then they are lying to themselves.
