I'd have to think about it for a minute. Tall lips, huh? Huh. Yes, I guess it makes sense. They were being funny, but not so much. Tall lips. Huh.

No, "tall" isn't really an accurate term to describe lips...but I would assume that meant the person felt the were protruding from my face further than most people's lips.
