hi , i am currently working in oman , i have another job offer from oman itself , but to join that new company i should cancel my old visa , because the sponsor of my old visa is diffrent , but the old sponsor wants notice period of 3 months , i cant wait that long , otherwise i may loose my new job offer , my new employer cant wait wait for 3 months, so i am planning to go on emergency vacation and i am planning to cancel my old visa from oman embassy in india , so that my new employer can give me new visa.......i just wanted to ask is it possible or leagal? or is there any other solution in this ....please guide me...for my good future....

Sorry, not possible. You cannot able to cancel your existing visa from Omani consulate/embassy in India without a no objection letter from your present employer/sponsor. Try to convince him and arrange to get the NOC.
