Depends on how often you intend to use it and if you need to maintain the PDF after it is created. If you use it a lot and it is for somewhat professional use then buy the Adobe package. If you just want to convert a few documents for sending e-mail etc. then just download one of the free-ware or share-ware versions that you can find on the internet that will do this function.

You need to purchase Adobe Acrobat software. If you have it already, there is a section in the user manual about converting Word, and other document types to PDF format.

Google 'primo PDF' it's a programme which is free and quick to download. Once it's downloaded you use it by opening your word document, going to file, then print and instead of selecting ur usual printer you select primo PDF, then it will open a window for you to select a file name for the PDF version and will open it in a new window.

If you download Open Office from http://www.openoffice.org you can open word documents in it and then use file/export to pdf.

You need a program like Adobe creator. But if it is just the one document now and then you need to convert, go to www.adobe.com and they will do it for you.
