I'm assuming you're talking about the drink? If so, gradually cut back, only allowing yourself one with each meal, then one with dinner only, then none at all. Trust me, it's hard and it's frustrating, but that worked for me.

Do not keep any at the house. If you have it the tempting will be there. Figure what is better for you and keep that easy to get to. Myself I drink alot of tea. In the mornings now i fix a 32oz water instead and after a bit it becomes a habit. So instead of your coke find grapes or some other snack to fill like you are getting your fix.

I'm assuming you mean Coca-Cola and not cocaine. Have you tried Coke Zero? It isn't the exact same as Coke, but it tastes pretty darn close! Cherry Coke Zero is really good too!

Try Coke Zero. It is great!!! It tastes just like regular coke and there are no calories, carbs, or sugar. It is a great alternative to the real thing.

Just drink diet coke. Drink water instead. Maybe you should try something else like flavored water if you don't like taste of regular water. Try something else. But only put good things for you in your house and cupboards.
