No. Unemployment is only paid if the company let you go for some reason. I say hang in there until you are able to find another position to back up that position you hate.

Only if you quit because you or your rights were being abused. If you just quit because you don't like it, or to look for another job, etc, then no, you won't receive it.

I would file and let your past employer deny it anyway.

Not in any state. Unless you prove the reason such as bad health and your employer does not give you time off.
