I've been having very strange problems with my phone where the other party would start hearing my voice in a jittery and cracked way, typically around 6-7 minutes into the call, it will then go away and come back after few more moments.
I've changes everything including my voice service provider and it still happening.
I've been working now with plan phone (non cordless) and it seems that it solve the problem, but now I need to find the source of the electro magnetic interference. How do I do it?

More details:
It is not the phone company or phone network outside of my house becuase I moved from VoIP over cable network to land line over copper from AT&T
In my house I have multiple cordless phones which might be susepctive to interference I belive they are all 2.4 Ghz
The wiring in the house is new and I see it on different phone set on different wires.

OK, simple process of elimination; turn off the electricity at the mains switch by the meter, if noise has gone, it is being caused by an appliance in the house, in this case turn mains switch back on, turn off all appliances at their wall sockets, turn them on one at a time untill the noise appears, ergo, the cause of the problem. If noise is present with mains off, check any battery powered items, clocks etc., these are unlikey to be the cause but.... Best of luck !

The last time that happened to me, it was a cracked carbon block at the house/apartment connection to the phone line to to the nearest telephone pole. I called the phone company repair-line and told them what it was. They say (sarcastically) "yeah, sure", but when they sent a guy out to check -- sure enough -- cracked carbon block.

If your line starts humming (60 cycle hum) after another week or so, that's it for sure (carbon block). The cracks and pops are just the first signs of total block failure.

thats probably phone company workers
or some one is steeling from ur phone line check the panle or follow ur line may be some one is connecting his phone on ur line

an EM meeter might work

or just change to an IP based phone system, analog is really not supported well anymore.
