on the 15th aug, my computer went down, had to take it back to factory settings, unfortunately i cannot read my 1555 emails, i have forgot my password, this computer was won on a tv programme and BT installed it , after 1 year i changed to tesco, since my computer has started running again, my epson cx3200 scanner wont work , i installed the disc several times , printer ok but scanner wont scan, at my wits end, i need it for ebay.

Password for what mail provider?
Comcast? ATT YAhoo DSL? Who is your ISP. If this is an email from your ISP? Call them and have them reset it for you.

1) I assume you emails are stuck at Tesco ? Contact them and get your password reset.
2) I assume the scanner used to work. Since this is an 'all in one' unit & printing is OK, it's unlikely to be a hardware problem .. so I suggest you check out Epson 'FAQ' (see link) and if that fails to help, ring up Epson support
