plain baking soda and water mask is by far the best you can do for acne prone skin. Mix a water and baking soda in a cup until the consistancy of a thinner paste. Pat on face (do not rub) and let sit till it hardens then rinse off. This has done miracles for my sensitive acne prone skin!! Plus it's all natural! Sometimes I add a few drops of tea tree oil too.Can use without tea tree oil.Can use as a spot treatment .Will reduce redness and you will barely notice the pimples.
RAW EGG
Crack egg whisk and apply to skin leave for 15 to 20 minutes.Smells and feels weird but you see and feel it working after the first use
Aloe Vera Plant
cut off a piece and squeeze the goopy gel inside and apply to skin.It lightens and fades scars while fighting and preventing acne.Apply before bed let dry[2-3 min tops]and sleep with it on soft glowing skin in the morning.
Moisture Mask
Mix 2 tablespoons honey with 2 teaspoons milk. Smooth over face and throat. Leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.
Boil a pot of water and removie it when it starts to steam and then put your face over it and keep it there for 10 minutes. Then wash your face. The steam will open your pores and then washing your face will get rid of bacteria and dirt.Best to apply mask right after then ice pores shut.
Big changes happen

Professional extractions are the best way to get whiteheads to clear up quickly. However, getting to a dermatologist or a professional facialist is time consuming and costly.
Since your current skin care regime is helping control your breakouts, I suggest a few minor modifications. Try using less moisturizer. Instead of the Olay face wash, try Aveeno Positively Radiant Daily Face Cleansing Pads. These pads have a smooth side for delicate areas & a textured side for extra exfoliation. If you continue w/ the Olay face wash, follow it w/ a toner for more exfoliation.
Lastly - a steam facial will help too. Here's how: http://www.ehow.com/how_2564_give-yourself-facial.html

For your blackheads, get a strip such as the one from Biore. It will help to clear most of your blackheads. For the rest of your face, buy a face wash such as AcneFree. It's just like Pro-Active, with the three step system and all, except the price tag is smaller. Buy the acne gel by AcneFree, too, that stuff is great. With all of this in mind, use this ONCE a day to clear out your skin. If you use it more than once, your skin will become very dry and start to overproduce oil.

Ok, for a while I had loads of spots! What I recommend is that you wash your face 1-2 times a day. In the morning, wash with clear luke-warm water with no soap. Rinse your face 21 times with luke-warm and then 9 times with cold to close the pores. Then at night before you go to bed, repeat the process above but with soap. Use Creme De La Mer to wash your face with and Sudacreme afterwards to put on your cheeks, forehead, nose etc. to calm the redness and gently take away the spots. They use this on childrem so it will be ok for all skin types!

it is very important to determine the cause of acne. if it is hormonal, then any externam application will not cure it. u need to get ur hormones checked. avoid using exfoliating get when u have active white heads. i think its best to extract.
