Be more conscious of what's going on in your head. When you recognize that words are about to come out of your mouth, take a deep breath and count to 10 before letting them out. This will give you time to evaluate whether or not you should let them go. While you're counting, think about how you would feel if the words you are about to say were said to you. That should help solve your problem.

YOU ARE AN INTELLIGENT ADULT. Don't go out there in the world and just tell what is on your mind. If it won't benefit you, why tell others? Do a lot of "listening" to what others have to say. Keep your mouth shut and just don't talk. As the days go by, your nervousness about talking, will stop. Peace, Love and God Bless.

If anyone can come up with a good workable solution to this, I'll be very surprised. All the ideas are good ones, but it takes time and thought and effort to implement them. It's a problem everyone has at times. I think with a genuine effort, and prayer, a person can do pretty good.

Try not to get involved in conversations that could become volatile, and stay away from gossips, when people start to gossip about other people walk away or excuse your self and don't get involved. /when someone wants an opinion about something, tell them you'd rather Not comment. and say nothing. your motto could become..." I Know Nothing"

Keep this thought in your mind...what if the situation were reversed? Would you REALLY 'understand' if you told someone something very private and it got blabbed all over Creation?
