Personally, I would think the dried tomatoes would make it too rich. Maybe if they were minced and stirred into the cream cheese that would be better. I would actually prefer fresh tomato. And, maybe some red onion slices.

Delicious...I would serve the shrimp or chicken version with buttered egg noodles and a salad.

I'd go with the shrimp, and pasta, and a lot of cheese. For the sides I'd go with garlic cheese bread, and a mixed green salad with balsamic and feta.

breaded chicken breast sitting atop of sauteed spinach and pour the sauce over it
