start with an impatience list. which is the easiest to
overcome waiting in line or rude drivers? make your
list and work out one problem at a time. start with the
easiest so that you'll have immediate results.
later work on the really hard stuff.
maybe take a sabbatical? learn prayer and meditation.
find bible verses that retain to the problem and memorize
them. ask the HOLY SPIRIT for direction and help.
learning to ignore an insult helps too. then again some
people just are that nasty.

Patience comes from waiting alone, no speed courses.

The first test of patiance starts on Thusday (the first day of Ramadan) Keep that in you mind and remember that God loves you.
This site has some Dua that may help relief some of your pain.

Try meditation - it worked for me. Just slowing down, and being consciously still will help you recenter yourself.
Realizing that life is going to happen at its own pace, no matter what you do, is a very freeing concept.
When you think about it, it doesn't really matter anyway.

Unfortunately, there's no 'quick fix' for patience.

It takes a bit of doing to struggle against the sin. Some people change themselves relatively quickly, but for those people as I am it is a long way. May be as long as life, but the game is worthy of candles.
