i love when i can make my little one laugh, because in that moment i am the funniest person to him....
i love waking up and seeing the cutest smile radiate from my lil one as he is standing up in his bed, ready to greet the day
i love that NOBODY else could ever be his MOMMY..only ME...I am the world to him right now, and there is just no greater love than that!! Your babies are lucky to have a mom who loves and appreciates them so much!

There are so many things that I love. It is so much better than I could have ever realized! I love when my 3 year old daughter comes up to me and gives me hugs and kisses without even asking. I love to hear her having conversations with her dolls/Barbies. Even in the middle of the night when I'm exhausted and feeding my 3 month old I love to look down and see that he is giving me a toothless smile. I love the rolls of fat on him because I know I did that (I'm breastfeeding). Children are amazing and like you, couldn't imagine being without them!!! God bless you and your family!!!!

I'm right there with ya sister!
I'm a 42 year old single mom of a 10 year old girl and the best part is definitely the hugs and kisses.
For me there is also another benefit. She is truely my 'mini me'. She looks just like me and (so far) she thinks that's a GOOD thing! LOL!
She is the best thing I ever did!

When i am having a bad day and my daughters see it and try to cheer me up with hugs and kisses and i love yous and pictures.
I also love the way they can hold conversations with each other. Or when just today my oldest went to her first day of pre school and she ran into the room before i was even at the sidewalk and i went in to give her a kiss goodbye and she was in the middle of a group of kids just being social.
And my 4 year old's sense of style. One pink sock and one purple sock, pulled up to her knees, Mary Jane shoes, orange skirt and green top with costume jewelry. "mommy i look like a princess!"

I love what you said. It's so sweet! It is so important to focus on the positive things about being a parent. It isnt an easy job, but it really is rewarding in so many ways.
There are so many things I like! My kids are big now, but having them come to me to tell me about their day after school is pretty high on the 'best ' list.
I also love buying them clothes! I love washing their clothes and folding them up! (I know, that's a bit weird)
I love watching them learn new things, and be excited to show off their knowledge.
I really enjoy watching them acting caring and loving to each other, and other people! I love it when they are kind and nurturing to their pets!
Enjoy every stage.. each age has it's own joys.. and it does go by way to fast!

My fav moments are at nighttime usually on a weekend not a school night i let my 7 year old son stay up a little bit later. We lay down and watch tv and usually end up discussing what we saw on tv which lead to other discussions and all of his questions about life just brings me so much joy that he is so curious and that he feels comfotable talking to me about everything. In the summertime we go for walks down the street at night and talk and look at stars.

Qualifying to be a grandma!!
Becoming a parent made me a better Christian, because I finally understood what God did when He sacrificed His son. There is no way I could do that for anyone, but I could certainly see myself giving my life for one of my children. I'd do it in a hearbeat without hesitation.
Now that my children are grown, My greatest reward is knowing they are successful adults and maybe I had a part in getting them to that point.

I love everything about being a mom. I have a 5 mo. old little boy and I love just looking into his innocent little face and knowing that he relies on me for love and care. I love the fact that he feels safe next to me and the way he rubs my face when I rock him. I love the way he pats my side when I nurse him. I love looking at him and knowing he is all mine, a piece of me and a piece of my husband.

I LOVE when my 4 year old daughter climbs into my bed in the morning to snuggle.
I LOVE when my 2 year old kisses me or blows me kisses.
I LOVE when I see the progress both my kids make when I teach them new things - they catch on so fast.

My son is almost 7 months old. So far, my favorites are his belly laugh and the high pitched scream of joy directly thereafter, and his gummy little grin. I love all of it, even the not so great stuff.
