i went out for a date with this guy who had recently broken up from a 4 years relationship and he claimed that she found somebody else to make him jealous so that he asks her to marry him but he left her..and he goes "im fine but i havent met anyone special and if u havent got that,u know,there is no meaning...".Did he just tell me that im not that special thing to him?or a bunch of bull...t?note that he has the reputation and is really a playboy...

He isnt over her. He needs time to heal his broken heart and ego and you shouldnt put to much into whatever he says right now.
Your pretty darned special for going out with him. He can play with someone else for now because you are too smart for that crap.
