Yes we have a few Holidays celebrating past but Constitution Day would be Creating a Future
I see that as different Focus and Intent

ahhh Teekno so we already have a Constitution Day.. so ... what would we have to call it Procreation Day or should we adhere to the times and use more vulgar wording?

It would be September 18th if such a holiday were proclaimed. Like Independence Day, the month and day would eclipse the real name of the holiday and we would have just another day of mixing explosives and alcohol. Not too conducive to the process of conception.

Why? We have a Flag Day (June 14th) and people still desecrate the Flag.
Then why wasn't your question should the US have a Procreation Day?
