It came with a head cover and has a side pocket with a poker chip in it. It seems too big to be used as a ball marker, but was wondering what the deal is with that? Do people use that as a ball marker or is it just a trademark of Odyssey? Thanks.

I also have an Odyssey. I asked about that when I bought it. I was told that a lot of pros used poker chips as a marker for good luck. It is big but if it is in someones way you can move it the length of your putter then remember to move it back.

Yes it is a ball marker. The rules of golf do not limit the size of your marker (seems strange doesn't it ?). But you do have to abide by the rules that it can not interfere with another ball path. I use two markers, one when I'm fairly far from the hole & another dime size when I'm close or it could interfere.
