I have never had high blood pressure or anyhting like that.I am really kinda healthy.I am 30 years old.I used to smoke, but i quit about 5 months ago.I am not dizzy all the time, but sometimes when I am sitting down and I get up to walk across the room...i feel really dizzy in the head, and i have to sit down sometimes until the feeling goes away.It never lasts more than 3-5 minutes, but it still worries me a little. And it doesn't happen every time , just sometimes.Sometimes 1 time a day then again sometimes 2 times a week.I just feel dizzy in my head when it happens and I feel like i will fall down if I don't sit down.Once I sit down for about 1-5 minutes....it gets ok.I have had my blood pressure checked every time I go to the doctor, so I am thinking that is not it.Some people tell me that it sounds like my blood pressure causing it, but I don'y see how when My blood pressure is always is always good. Hopefully someone can help!!!this has been going on for a few years.

I had this problem and it was dehydration. It went on for several months, and it still happens from time to time. For some reason I just don't get thirsty so I don't drink anything and in turn get dehydrated and dizzy. I found this out when it got so bad that I passed out and was hostpitalized with an IV to hydrate me.
