building your endurance is key. you may want to run some and walk some until you build up your endurance completely. to help prevent cramps while running develop a breathing pattern by inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth..you can create almost a rhythm with your breathing and running..and eventually it will become second nature. don't push yourself to go too fast either, you have to keep building the endurance before you can do that. it's okay to be slow, but just try not to stop. ( unless if you are doing run a minute walk a minute type exercises)

Well you are probably not in shape to run for long periods of time yet. Just keep training. If you can only run two minutes at a time do that and repeat seeveral times. Work your way up and stretch and drink plenty of fluids. Also bananas have potassium which helps with cramping. When swinging your arms let them go back and forth. not across your body from side to side. Form is important and have good strides. Again the way you swing your arms helps you breath and move your legs better. At the end of a run don't stop but keep going at a 300 meter sprint as hard as you can. don't forget warming up and cooling down. Eating and drinking right is important. If you want take a good vitamin or supplement. Double X is both. I love it and it works great. You can get that from http://eanderson10.qhealthbeauty.com/ The fastest man in the world Asafa Powell even uses it. And one more thing I almost forgot. Get good running shoes.

Just run easy, relax, run slow enough that you can talk. When you need to walk then walk until you feel like running again.

Breath deep full breaths, don't gasp or pant and don't worry about how you breath it does not matter and don't count steps just get the air you need for the amount of exercise you are doing.

The stitch in your side is probably from a spasm in your diaphragm, relax. To ease the pain place your hand directly below the ribs and press in and up. You will get used to running and in about a month can run the entire distance.

If you can only run a minute do that. Then walk a minute, run a minute walk a minute. In a week or so try going 2 minutes, then maybe you can run 5 and walk 2. Keep building slowly until you can do what you want to do.
