Yeah, perhaps even more than billions if you consider that every human that has ever existed, ever, and had so much as a soul for six seconds will go to Him for judgment. It'll be long day for the Big G, that day.

Only Christians who make it to heaven will get to go over their story [ not all who claim to be christian will make it] If your name is not in the Book of Life you don't even get a chance. As for lines I am sure that if God is capable of taking care of all of us now He can simultaneously do it then also. According to the bible 3/4 of the people will not make it, that certainly will make the task easier for Him.
