I haven't found many cheeses that I don't like.

Not overly fond of Gruyeres, and too much Limberger will make me sick, and I don't care for cottage cheese except as an ingredient.

Other than that, I love them all. I won't go so far as to say that I'd eat a 2x4 covered in cheese, but I would lick the cheese off.

My favourite is Parmesan, a little goes a long way. I like most cheese, but this is one I always make sure I have in the fridge or freezer.
