You could be depressed so you are eating to make yourself feel better. Maybe go to a nutriotionist, go see a doctor or go to Overeaters Anonymous. I know a lot of fat people and they are not happy. Also, try to work out at least once a day. It will make you want to eat less and get down to a size 2 or 4 instead of 6 or 8, which could turn into a size 14 or 16.

Good luck fatty!

1) Drink a lot of fluids - At least a liter of water each day.
2) Eat small portions through out the day. It keeps your metabolism running. For example... a box of raisins, a yogurt, or an apple are all healthy choices to have between meals.
3) take a multivitamin. If your body is severly lacking a vitamin, you will often keep eating random available food until your body gets enough of that one vitamin it is needing.
Taking a multivitamin will help even out your body's needs.

In my line of work I see many people with your symptoms. Providing that your diet is healthy ie fresh whole foods etc and not foods which are high in sugar causing blood sugar fluctuations you shouldn't be nauseous. If you also have intestinal bloating or fullness anywhere in your digestive tract the chances are you are not picking up the nutrients you need and this is why you need to keep eating. The main reason for this in my experience is parasites. I suggest you go and see a kinesiologist (kinesiologyfederation.org) as gp's don't pick this up. God know's why as most people deworm their dogs every 3 months! good luck.

as long as what you eat does not exceed the palm of your hand. Basically, there is nothing wrong with being hungry, it just means that you have a healthy matabolism.

...wait, it could mean you have a tape worm...just kidding.

Just be careful how much you snack on and what you are snacking on. You should be fine. My wife gets a sick feeling when she is hungry too. She has to eat more often.

It's your body's response to natural changes in your body, metabolism, etc. At your age with the constant changes on your body, it is simply demanding more energy, that's all. Just make sure that you fill it with healthy stuff! ;D

The current reccomended healthy eating plan is four or five small to medium meals a day, each one (apart from breakfast) should contain some carbohydrates (rice/pasta/potatoes etc) some protien (chicken, fish, etc) and lots of vitamins minerals and antioxidants (fresh fruit and veg). You can pile your plate high with as much veg and snack on as much fruit/fruit juice as you like.

Hope this helps.

you have got a furious metabolism since your size is alright you can eat as much as u like, but if you want to stop your hunger, eat 2 apples in the mornings and 2 apples at the evenings. it will reduce your hunger dramatically especially if you eat them right after the other one.

It is normal for a person of your age to be hungry and to eat
when your hungry is really the best thing. I am a bit worried

You might be hypoglycemic, which will mean that you need to eat every two hours. It's really okay; however, just be careful that the foods you are eating are good for you. Think protein, it is slow burning so you stay satisfied longer.

Do you drink alot of water? Try to drink more than you usually do and you might feel less hungry and not sick... If I don't drink enough I get headaches and I vomit (I also feel hungry no matter what or how much I eat)

Well, I've just eaten 2 Big Macs (buy one, get one free) so don't ask me. Incidentally, does anybody have a bucket handy? I think I'm going to be sick!
