Men don't care about what you have, but what you can do.
Women care about what men have.
That the major difference. That's why the richest women are single. Men want a Women. That means the tradional definition. Do you agree?

I love all of these women who say that they donot care about material things. I call them liars.

I hope you are right. I feel sorry for men sometimes, they have to weed out so many gold diggers, I'm almost ashamed to be a woman. I think the world would be a better place if women would think a little more like men. It seems like most girls now days are lust looking for a sugar daddy to buy them nice stuff so they don't have to work and contribute to society. I would never do that to a man. It's so unfair, it's disgusting!

Yeah basically ..I think that is because "traditionally" that has been our roles. Women "are" supposed to care what a man has, especially if you are considering a marrying someone, you want to know he's going to provide for his wife and family, you don't want a man who has no fruits of his labor in life ...and women are taught "to do" things- cook, clean, maintain the home, look after the children . Rich women I believe are single either because they feel the don't need anything from a man, or often times because the man feels threatened by a woman who has more power, wealth.

I have found that men that take that position frequently want a woman who has "something" so that they don't have to work to change their "nothing" to "something."
The richest women aren't necessarily single, but in a world where nearly every culture where there is significant wealth, men have the most access to it....
The women who are able to get a chunk of wealth for themselves are often (not always) thought of as b's. Think Martha Stewart.
Oprah would be an exception.

Men are all the same = pretty much worthless as far as honesty, trust, faithfulness, goal oriented, etc.
So yes, when it comes down to it money will get me what I want for my children not men.
However, you are wrong that women seek men with riches. I have every intention of getting it for myself not being a slave and laying under some worthless man for credit cards. What happens to those credit cards the minute he finds a d*ck-sucker half his age?
I don't need to depend on any man for money.
You are right in saying that men are interested in what women can do. Since women don't matter to men sex does. I've been left for whores. I've never cheated but I've been cheated on.
So keep the war of men vs. women going. Because most women will back themselves up and others will DO what you want for those credit cards (considering you have them to hand out).

All I want is a loving caring man! A man that will treat me as if I am the only woman on this great planet of ours....however he must be a good provider as well not rich but no man that doesn't have a job or home....I own my own home so why should I expect anything less....I am not wealthy what I have is because of what my dearly departed left me.....If I could I would have my husband back because I truly loved him.......He was the love of my life!!!

I fell in love with my bf with nothing but the shirt on his back..I would rather be homeless and in love than with a rich guy that I don't care for..
Okay I sound like I'm flat broke, but I'm not-- I'm simply saying that I don't acre what men have..I care about the person I will grow old with, not the things that will be meaningless in the end.

There really are women out there who do not need materialistic lives. I am one of those. What is important in my life is my children, myself, God, love, and happiness. Having a boat does not ensure happiness, just some temporary fun. Having a nice car is useless and expensive.

I do agree some what . The fact is that this world is made by men for men , if a woman breaks that mould she finds it hard to find her place in society .

material things don't mean that much to me... so if a man has a lot or a little, it's not what matters.
integrity, and a person who has a good level of self-esteem is what matters in my book.
and the last man i dated, wanted a woman to move IN, pay 1/2 his bills (it didn't matter that HE created them), wash his dirty underwear, wait for him, and take over most of his daily responsibilities.
yuck.
