It depends on whose side they're on.
The worst ones are those supposedly representing you while they sell you down the river to the opposing team.

Not ALL,but most have terrible morals & ethics as their guide. I think there could be Good up-standing God fearing lawyers If they would apply God's principals. Key word APPLY. Most are out to squeeze the blood out of the poor, orphans & widows. God gives a specific warning to these people that call evil good and good evil.

I've considered law school myself. Not because I'm interested in the money, because I'm interested in justice. A lawyer can be a huge help to you when you find yourself in a difficult spot--not all are bad.

In 90% of the cases most definitely YES - they don't support people based on truth - they support them based on money - most are immoral and completely after earning a 3 figure or more income.

Sure seems to be to a lot of people...even to some lawyers. I have a number of friends that are laywers and I vividly remember that when I first met them and asked them what they did, nearly every one of them seemed almost "apologetic" when they said "lawyer" (tone of voice, eyes downcast, etc...)...like it was something painful for them to admit.

I'm gonna have to say no . . . after all, I'm a law student, lol.
People who think it is generally have no idea of what exactly lawyers do, or the variety of work they do.
