you snub a snob by being extra nice to them and getting them in positions that they have to speak or show how rude and snobbish they really are and they hate having to anything but be snob's

It's all in your attitude. If you believe that this snob is looking down on you, you can't let your appearance reflect their thoughts. Think yourself as "the man" or "the woman" and keep on walking. You'll show in your pressence.

You snub a snob - by doing exactly the opposite of the things they respect and really rubbing it right in their face. For instance - if they think McDonald's is too good for them - buy it and eat it right in front of them and talk about how yummy it is - wave fries right in their face!
