Can I find " SYSTEM RESTORE" in windows vista OS CD"?

I can not use "SYSTEM RESTORE" on my computer ( does not work) and i was wondering if i can find it on the OS CD.?

SYSTEM RESOTRE does not work, when i turn my PC on , pops up an icon stating that SYSTEM/CONFIG/SYSTEMPROFILE is either on HD or network, i found "system profile" folder but i does not let me to get in stating access denied, if i am "ADMIN" why i should not have access?

No not on CD. Have you turned System Restore on?

i couldn't find it either.....why'd Bill do that to us..? waaaaa
