That's like asking which grain of sand at the beach is the best! Really, it depends on what you like. My brother lives there so we go frequently.

The first time I went, we saw several museums, the planetarium and the cloisters.

The second time we ate at the ten best zaggat rated pizza places.

The third time, we went to the neighborhoods: Chinatown, Little Itlay, Tribecca, SOHO, Greenwhich Village, etc

The next time, we did 6 shows, mostly on Broadway.

The next time we did Times Square, Statue of Liberty, Staten Island Ferry, saw a Yankees game and a Ranger Game.

I know that this all very vague, but feel free to email me directly for specifics if you can give more clarification on what you like.

Statue of Liberty yet you need to reserve passes online 2 days in the previous to get to the 1st podium, something of it is been closed considering that 9/11. additionally floor 0 is nicely worth a pass to it is emotional there's a twin towers museum there you're making a donation to get in, and Bloomingdale's is techniques-blowing, much less high priced too. Cant pass to ny without buying too.

catch a broadway show. you can get cheaper tix by going to the TKTS booth ( www.tdf.org/tkts/ ) or ordering online. there is nothing more new york city than a show.

After, grab a slice of Ray's Pizza (located all over), buy a hot pretzel from a street vendor, or head to Carnegie Deli for more authentic NYC experiences

Arrive safely.

Otherwise it's 'Manhattan'

Between the amazing foodie sights, MOMA, Theatre and everything else, you'll find that slogging half the length of the island over a period of a few hours to be a lot of fun. Take pictures and eat lots.
