Absolutely, you can buy decaffeinated green tea at most stores--just look on the container and it will be clearly marked as "decaf."
I highly recommend green tea as a beverage if you're trying to eat better. I will add, though, that decaf green tea won't do quite as much for weight loss as the regular kind. The main reason why green tea is thought to be thermogenic (good for fat burning) is its caffeine content. You will still get some other benefits from the green tea, most notably a substance called L-Theanine, which is naturally present in green tea and is calming and stress-relieving.
Also, make sure you're brewing it correctly. Green tea doesn't need to steep for a long time in boiling water like other teas. Generally if you let the water boil, then pour it into a cup and let it sit for a few minutes before adding the tea, the tea will be much better. If you add the tea straight to boiling water, your tea will almost certainly taste bitter.
Oh, and if you're replacing other beverages (like soda) with green tea you can't go wrong, but don't go and add artificial sweeteners to it. Try a little lemon or, if you must, a touch of stevia (a naturally sweet herb) to sweeten.
I highly recommend green tea by The Republic of Tea--I know they have a couple of decaf green teas, and if you like fruity green teas, try the Pink Grapefruit Decaf Green Tea in their Sip for the Cure line. It's very tasty. They also have a decaf white tea, which is even milder than green tea, and also delicious. I usually buy mine at a health food store, but I think they also sell their products at Starbucks.

In short, yes. Since I've never looked in stores for decaf green tea I couldn't tell you where to look. You mentioned eating right, drinking water, and working out; all of which are good. I would just add in addition to eating right, eat several small meals everyday. Eating many smalls meals and drinking plenty of water in addition to working out will significantly boost your metabolism, which is the key to losing weight.
The first site is for decaf green tea, the second is for a tea called Red Rooibos, which contains no caffeine to begin with. Good luck.

Yes, I've seen decaffeinated green tea in the store... at Walgreen's, but I'm sure they have at other grocery stores. I've been taking green tea supplement pills and it's great, but I wouldn't recommend them to you since caffeine is out of the question for you.

The caffeine content of green tea is very little and I would suggest that you try a small packet of green tea and decide whether it is OK.
