Try walking for 30-60 minutes daily and slightly reduce your calorie intake. Instead of drinking reguular sodas, drink diet sodas or water. Dont add sugar to tea or coffe. Small things make a difference. Good Luck

Finally a sensible weight loss question!! That should be easy to do. Walk 3 times a week, drink water, and eat light (veggies, fruit, yogure, cottage cheese, etc..) fresh meals.
